Shirozake (Hinamatsuri)

It comes with “Hinamatsuri” (Girl’s festival, the 3rd in March).
Shirozake looks like “amazake”, but it contains alcohol about 9%,
while “amazake” doesn’t contain any alcohol.

There’re some theories to drink
” Shirozake” at Hinamatsuri.
The most plausible theory is to get evil away from our body.

Nowadays, hinamatsuri is considered as a girl’s festival ( for children),
but it has been enjoyed by both women and girls sitting in front of hinaningyou
(hina dolls). Chatting and laughing, and also pray their health and happiness.
